Hands-on Treatment
Regular Visit: Spine/extremity adjustments only
Full Therapies: may include a combination of: cupping, scraping, tape, adjusting, rehab, etc
Full Therapies Extended: same as above, but longer appointment time
Dry Needling/Acupuncture: same as "Full Therapies", but includes dry needling or Acupuncture
Physical Rehabilitation Memberships
1 Month membership: $300/month
3 Month membership: $290/month
6 Month membership: $280/month
(Book up to 4 sessions per month)

Dr. Jess is a Chiropractor that specializes in sports and orthopedic injuries. She has directed her studies and career path towards the treatment and evaluation of sports injuries because of her passion for biomechanics and kinesiology. In 2022, she completed the sports diplomate certification (DACBSP - Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians). She currently works with various local sports teams including Vlora FC (UPSL Men’s & Women’s soccer) and the MN Wind Chill (ultimate frisbee). She is also apart of the medical pool for USA Wrestling. Her experience with sports and orthopedic injuries range from youth to professional level sports and she loves to work with challenging cases. Her specialties include lower extremity injuries (hip, knee, ankle and foot).
Although her passion is with athletic injuries, she loves working with anyone who is interested in feeling better.
